PROJECT SCOPE

Remove cedar roof system, install high temp ice and water shield, install updated 24g-guage steel flashings, install Davinci Select Shake, install 6-inch half round copper gutters, and install heat tape system in critical areas.

Timeline: Spring/Summer 2023

Project Process: Perform comprehensive cedar tear-off including cedar shingles, flashing material, underlayment, heat cable, and gutter system. Install titanium psu throughout the totality of roof areas including 2.5-times within critical areas and valleys. Installation of 24-gauge trim metal including custom drip-edge, sidewall/end-wall flashing, and finned valleys. Installation of DaVinci Select Aged Cedar shingles with associated starter and hip/ridge shingles. Installation of 6-inch half round copper gutters and associated downspouts. Installation of heat cable system in gutters, downspouts, and critical areas.
