Q: How long have you been at CMS and what is your current position?

A: 4 years 4 months 9 days. I am a Construction Manager for the Meadow of Big Sky largely focused on Cold Roof Systems.

Q: What excites you about working at CMS?

A: Finding new ways to help homeowners, general contractors, and our team solve issues during the building process.

Q: What has been one of your greatest challenges that you have overcome while working at CMS?

A: Working with teams and trying to become a leader for those around me.

Q: What do you think makes our team culture unique?

A: We all have similar goals and each person at this company is an expert in something, yet outside of work we can all have a good time with each other.

Q: What is one of your personal life goals?

A: To go to Australia and see a kangaroo.

Q: What would be your advice to someone wanting to start a career in construction?

A: Work hard and soak up as much information around you as possible. Always help those around you and don’t be afraid to ask questions.
