COLD ROOFING FAQ

HOW DOES A COLD ROOF WORK?
Ice dams are caused by heat loss from the structure. Installing a cold roof over that structure allows for cool outside climate to move between the surfaces of the existing or new roof reducing heat transfer to the outside roof overall helping reduce and/or eliminate ice dams.
What makes a CMS cold roof different?
Air flow is the key component to making this system work. From cross framing to custom trim and buildout of critical areas our system performs at the highest current standard.
Can a cold roof be installed on any roof?
After CMS evaluates your system, we will be able to tell you if a cold roof can be installed and should be installed to improve your roofs efficiency.
What is the labor warranty behind the CMS cold roof system?

Five-year labor warranty
